How to get into the "Zone" Your best performance

Here is an inspiring story of Joshua Bell, a world famous violin player and how he got over his first mess up at a violin competition.

He used a NLP technique even though he didn't know it.  He has taken this experience, anchored it and now uses it to help himself when he is in a difficult situation.

You can do this as well.  Think of a situation that you did very well.  Anchor it by slapping or touching yourself on the  left shoulder with right hand.  Then do this for two other experiences.  You have now stacked the anchors.

When you are in a difficult situation, now you "fire" the anchors.  You will feel confidence flow through you.
