Sephardic Pesach List and Guide

Every year I help Rabbi Boroosan publish a
list of products which are kosher for
Passover for Sefardim and do not require a KFP hechsher.�

The document also includes a fairly extensive guide
to Pesach from preparation through the seder.
Rabbi Boroosan is a graduate of Ner Yisrael,
mashgiach for the OU* and Rabbi of
the Netzach Yisrael Persian synagogue.�
He has lived in Atlanta for over 20
years.� From his experience with the OU,
he has an extensive knowledge of food
science and what goes on in the factories
that make these products.
