WebYeshiva (www.webyeshiva.org) is accepting applications for the position of Operations Coordinator. The position involves the following tasks: - Developing and implementing new programs - Website maintenance and content composition - Supervising technical staff - Composing newsletters and other formal, written communications - Tracking income from donors and tuition - Acting as liaison between director and outside staff - Liaise with external organizations - General student advising - Scheduling - Blog maintenance - Email communication - Phone communication - General office and administrative duties This position is full-time (+/- 9:00-5:00), and requires working from the WebYeshiva office in Jerusalem. Among the diverse skills required are: - High level computer proficiency and expertise in a variety of desktop and online operations - Excellent writing skills - Excellent people skills - Proficiency in social media outlets - Quick learner - Ability to multitask, detail oriented - Knowledge of Orthodox Jewish culture, community, and traditional literature - Yeshiva or Midrasha background a plus - Comfortable with written Hebrew, high level of spoken Hebrew - Basic knowledge of html a plus - Independent and motivated worker - Creative, diligent, ability to problem solve - Willingness to engage in both large projects and menial tasks Please send a cover letter and resume to office@webyeshiva.org.
