The first four sessions deal with the issues of
Free Choice and Hashgacha Protis, Faith,
Trust and Effort( hishtadlus), and the power
of our words and thoughts as they are described in
our sources. These sessions are the foundation
upon which the rest of the course is based.
The following seven weeks deal with specific issues
that affect our Emunah and Bitachon, our thinking
and our ability to be a receptacle for HaShem'a blessing.
They provide practical tools for dealing with the stresses
and strains of everyday life and empower us with
deep feelings of belief and trust in HaShem; hope
and joy in life. We will deal with the topics of forgiving
ourselves and others, developing true self esteem,
developing deep feelings of Trust in HaShem's protection,
getting in touch with our intuition which is rooted in our
Neshama, plus many other tools for developing and
maintaining a healthy, positive, Jewish approach to life and the issues we face.
Each session is comprised of two aspects: the
introduction to the topic bringing sources for the
importance of the various issues we are dealing
with combined with a rational approach to why
we need to do something about it, and the practical
aspect of how we can make effective and long lasting
changes which includes doing a guided imagery exercise.
An integral part of the workshop is the private time
Chaya Hinda spends on the phone or by email to
guide participants in how to apply the principles
and tools to her own personal situation.
What’s the difference between the workshop and the CD’s?
The CD’s comprise twelve exercises that when practiced regularly enable one
to: think positively, feel trust in HaShem and hope
in ones life, achieve goals, forgive ourselves and others,
improve interpersonal relationships, gain true self esteem and more.
The workshops create a framework for mastering our thoughts
and achieving our goals, step by baby step. The workshop
provides numerous practical ways to implement thinking
changes in our lives and how to use the exercises to the best possible effect.
How much does it cost?
The set of CD's are available in a male or female voice
and each participant must have a full set. Each set costs
180 shekels but for course participantsthe price is 150.
Those wishing to purchase a pair of sets in both male
and female voices can do so for 250 shekels.
(the female voice is sold for women only,
the male voice is for both men and women).
The workshop costs 700 shekels however there
is a sliding scale p available for those who can't pay
the full price down to 550. So together the minimum
cost is 700 which can be paid in up to five installments.
