Working hard for Pesach? Reward yourself after!!

By popular demand, I am now starting another two jewelry making courses:

*Evenings in Neve Yakov for women*

*Evenings in Pisgat Zeev for high school girls*

Learn all the skills required to make your own, personalized jewelry!
Valuable skills, a great outlet, plus an enjoyable social experience. Use
semi precious stones, crystal, glass beads, freshwater pearls, and other
specialty supplies. Come out with at least ten beautiful, high quality
pieces of jewelry that will be worth at least the cost of the course.

Both courses are in English. *Pay per session*. A full course is ten
sessions. Courses start after Pesach, however since I like to keep the
groups small, it is best to register early. *Price is all-inclusive* -
includes all supplies, plus a set of tools to keep.

*References available. *

Small group sizes allow me to customize the lessons for each specific group
and what exactly they wish to learn. They also allow for learning at your
own pace.

To see samples of my jewelry: ** <http://www.etsy.com/shop/Menuchachic>*

For registration, questions, or more information, call Menucha: 050-910-1960 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting              050-910-1960      end_of_the_skype_highlighting
or email me at menuchachic@hotmail.com.

If you live too far, know a few people who would be interested, and would
like to arrange a group in your area, feel free to contact me as well.

Bat mitzvah's and one-time workshops are available as well (pricing is
different).

Hebrew workshops are now available.

Psycho–Spiritual WORKSHOP

Our annual Passover Exodus from Egypt is an opportunity for each of us to transcend personal areas of constriction and negativity that obstruct the progress of our lives. This workshop is designed to help participants realize their transformation potential during this holy time.

Guided visualization will be used in this workshop, based on Torah texts, to help each participant identify our voices of negativity (fear, anger, depression etc).  As this process unfolds, individuals will be guided to discover their positive resources (Moshe voice) in a way that allows them to access courage and faith to connect to the Divine within them.

Given in English by her student Chaya Hinda Allen
with the Haskama of HaRav Stern Shlita of Beitar Understand why ladies said:

"I've heard many shiurim but this was... life changing"

"This shiur is teaching me how to put HaKadosh Baruch Hu into my heart, Thank you."

By Friday I was able to tell my husband that
I had B"H paid back all my credit card debt, boy does this work!"

" I feel that HaShem is enabling me to do
Chesed in new ways due to the new ways of thinking you've taught me, "

Course outline

Chaya Hinda Allen was born in the UK and lives with her husband and children
> in Beitar Ilit. She studied with the Rabanit Sara Yosef and received
> her permission to translate her exercises and workshops into English.
> She teaches the life -transforming techniques of the Rabbanit in an
> eleven series workshop in the Jerusalem area and internationally via
> teleconferencing .
>

The first four sessions deal with the issues of
Free Choice and Hashgacha Protis, Faith,
Trust and Effort( hishtadlus), and the power
of our words and thoughts as they are described in
our sources. These sessions are the foundation
upon which the rest of the course is based.

The following seven weeks deal with specific issues
that affect our Emunah and Bitachon, our thinking
and our ability to be a receptacle for HaShem'a blessing.
They provide practical tools for dealing with the stresses
and strains of everyday life and empower us with
deep feelings of belief and trust in HaShem; hope
and joy in life. We will deal with the topics of forgiving
ourselves and others, developing true self esteem,
developing deep feelings of Trust in HaShem's protection,
getting in touch with our intuition which is rooted in our
Neshama, plus many other tools for developing and
maintaining a healthy, positive, Jewish approach to life and the issues we face.
Each session is comprised  of two aspects: the
introduction to the topic bringing sources for the
importance of the various issues we are dealing
with combined with a rational approach to why
we need to do something about it, and the practical
aspect of how we can make effective and long lasting
changes which includes doing a guided imagery exercise.
An integral part of the workshop is the private time
Chaya Hinda spends on the phone or by email to
guide participants in how to apply the principles
and tools to her own personal situation.

What’s the difference between the workshop and the CD’s?

The CD’s comprise twelve exercises that when practiced regularly enable one
to: think positively, feel trust in HaShem and hope
in ones life, achieve goals, forgive ourselves and others,
improve interpersonal relationships, gain true self esteem and more.
The workshops create a framework for mastering our thoughts
and achieving our goals, step by baby step. The workshop
provides numerous practical ways to implement thinking
changes in our lives and how to use the exercises to the best possible effect.
 How much does it cost?
The set of CD's are available in a male or female voice
and each participant must have a full set. Each set costs
180 shekels but for course participantsthe price is 150.
Those wishing to purchase a pair of sets in both male
and female voices can do so for 250 shekels.
(the female voice is sold for women only,
the male voice is for both men and women).

The workshop costs 700 shekels however there
is a sliding scale p available for those who can't pay
the full price down to 550. So together the minimum
cost is 700 which can be paid in up to five installments.
