The Heritage House is a non-profit organization
that was founded by Rabbi Meir Schuster. For nearly 30 years, the
Heritage House has been providing young Jewish people from all over the world with
a "home" in the heart of the Old City of Jerusalem. Countless individuals
discovered their Jewish roots and made their way into yeshivot or
seminaries. So far, we have had 50 000 people staying at our two hostels -
one for men and one for women. We have annually about 1000 guests
in each of our hostels. Unfortunately, our computer system is
comatose and we are looking for a donor to sponsor an up-to-date, healthy
computer. The computer is vital to our daily functioning, both administratively
and in offering our guests essential services. In return for the donation,

BS"D Rafael Eliezer ben Leah, also known as Larry Melzer, came to Israel with his wife and new daughter five years ago. Since then, they've stayed in Yerushalayim, dedicating their lives to Torah learning, mitzvahs and chessed... and always with a big smile. Now in his mid-30's, the father of four lovely young ladies, b"ah, a little over a year ago, this youthful, athletic, hands-on father was diagnosed with leukemia and has been in and out of hospitals all over Israel. Through it all, they've maintained an unwavering faith in Hashem's hashgacha pratis, and a positive, optimistic outlook. The Melzers are a very special family who have done a lot of chessed for klal Yisrael.
