1. Before you fill out that form on the Yad2 site, clean up the apartment.
Take a few pictures and test them on the cellphone and the computer to make sure that it shows the full apartment, every room that is in the apartment, a maybe one to show the view if you have one.
2. Before showing the apartment, clean it. Make sure the floor is clean, and the air is not musty or damp. A real estate secret is to put a few drops of vanilla in the oven and turn it on about a half hour before you show the apartment. (Shhhh don't tell others about this)
3. Open all the windows and let the natural light come in.
4. If there are repairs to be done, do it before you show the apartment. People like to imagine themselves living in the apartment not having to do repairs of other people's hard use. This staircase would be so much better if the owner would paint the walls!

6. Make sure all your stuff is neat and in its place, or have the apartment empty.
