Hard to deal with this problem, and it can be very emotional to have to take care of a family member who suddenly needs to use this product and all the accouterments that come with it.
I used to go to Yad Sarah every week, and actually I bought an electric wheelchair for my husband there. Everything was fine, they even added an extra feature that if my husband would be tired, or not able to control the chair, I had them put an extra piece on the back that I could control the wheelchair.
But to go every week to buy the new diapers, well, it got to be too much. I have to deal with finding time and then worrying about parking. Yad Sarah only has so much parking there and it is often full.
So to solve this problem I went online to find another supplier.
And I found a very nice man who even at the end of the conversation said "רפואה שלמה" What a difference. I am almost in happy tears that he realizes that I would rather not have to buy this product and that my husband would be able to walk and take care of himself.

He answers the phone even on Fridays, you can hear that he is a family man, with his child in the background, and he is very polite. I could pay with the credit card or by Bit, I can't say enough about the positive experience that I had with this man. Even though I went through the ordeal at another place, and we already have enough to last the week, I ordered 4 more packs of adult diapers from him!! They will arrive on Sunday, what service!!
