Coloring your hair during the Omer

I read that Rabbi Shlomo Aviner in the "Olam Katan" weekly Dvar Torah came out and said that a woman can color the hair during the Counting of the Omer.

This is great news as usually coloring the hair only lasts about a month, and then the white roots start to be more and more noticeable.   So a woman, can color the hair.

I am working on finding a system that I can do hair color and have more comfortable for women in wheelchairs, or even a woman sitting in a chair.   This is one of the products that I am considering, http://www.ebay.com/itm/EZ-SHAMPOO-Hair-Washing-Tray-Portable-Cleaner-Tub-Sink-Home-Medical-Patient-/200831997363?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item2ec28515b3

Questions: Have you ever used this product? What are the advantages? What are the disadvantages?
Do you recommend it?  Why or why not?

I thank you very much if you can help me make a decision about this.
