Impact for Coaches

Impact for coaches is measured by results.  If you go into a company and you don't produce results, you won't be a a coach there very long.

How do you measure results?  You have to decide.  Do you measure sales, number of calls made, number of call backs, number of interviews?  Each company is different.  There is no overall template for measurement, but most companies measure sales, or net income.  This is an objective measurement and can be compared year to year.

When I was in the retail industry we measured our sales month by month.  It was not perfect because the holidays didn't always fall precisely during the same month each year.  One year the Spring holidays came in April, and then the next year they came in March.  This was difficult to make the comparison and make the proper  budget.

It so happened, that Spring came twice that year.  People bought for the holidays in March and then came back and bought for the summer holidays,  the heat came early that year.

Maybe that is what happening in Israel this year, we had Passover early, and now it is summer!
