In Jerusalem, the only hospital that is equipped to give the proper treatment is Hadassa Ein Kerem.
At the first sign of a stroke it is a Mitzvah to call an ambulance even if the stoke is a TIA That is a temporary, and you feel ok afterwards, You should even call an ambulance on Shabbat! If someone in your family has had a mini-stoke, then keep a phone on during Shabbat in order to do the Mitzvah of Pekuach Nefesh.
My husband, David Yshi Ben Sarah, suffered a temporary stoke yesterday morning, he is at Hadassah Ein Kerem and recieved the proper treatment and is doing much better. Please daven for him and paray that he makes a full recovery.
