AACI programs - week of July 3rd


Sunday, July 3rd
11:00-12:00 – Exercise 50 +
Led by Marilyn Cohen, graduate of the Wingate Institute with a certification in Physical Activity for seniors. Wear closed shoes and comfortable clothing.
When: EVERY Sunday at 11 am.
Cost per class: AACI members NIS 35/non-members NIS 45 – Cartisiya also available – Buy 10 classes, get one free!

10:30 – Feldenkrais for Healthy Backs
In each Feldenkrais class, Shoshanna will guide students through a sequence of movements to discover ways of moving that are easier and give relief from aches and pains. The goal is to achieve greater flexibility, while reducing pain and limitations.
When: Mondays and Thursdays in November

14:30-16:45 Tai Chi – Advanced and Beginners
Find your balance at AACI with Nancy Harel! Almost everyone can do Tai Chi; it is done in slow motion with little joint stress, cleansing and rejuvenating the body and mind.
