Led by Marilyn Cohen, graduate of the Wingate Institute with a certification in Physical Activity for seniors. Wear closed shoes and comfortable clothing.

10:30 – Feldenkrais for Healthy Backs
In each Feldenkrais class, Shoshanna will guide students through a sequence of movements to discover ways of moving that are easier and give relief from aches and pains. The goal is to achieve greater flexibility, while reducing pain and limitations.
When: Mondays and Thursdays in November
