PAUL SIMON CONFIRMS CONCERT IN ISRAEL JULY 21
The weeks of published and whispered rumors turned into facts Tuesday, with the confirmation that legendary American singer/songwriter Paul Simon will be returning to Israel for a concert at Ramat Gan Stadium on July 21. A month after fellow 1960s icon Bob Dylan graces the stage on June 20, Simon will arrive as part a world tour promoting his latest album, So Beautiful or So What, considered by many critics to be one of his best in the last two decades. Simon, who will turn 70 in October, has appeared in Israel twice before - in 1978 on his own and in 1983 with his erstwhile partner Art Garfunkel. Posture/Balance Class Continues Weekly in Jerusalem- 2 Conveinent Locations
HAVE YOU NOTICED YOUR POSTURE?......... OTHERS DO. Your posture has a large influence not only
on your physical appearance but also on how your body functions. Poor posture
leads to imbalances that cause your muscles to work more to counteract gravity's
pull and fatigue quicker. When your body is properly aligned, it is well-balanced
with minimum stress and strain on the bones, ligaments and muscles. Less energy
is required for movement with good posture, increasing energy efficiency and
function… … A postural assessment is an important first step in the design
of a client's exercise program. At Anatomically Correct, a unique postural
assessment screen is used to view your posture from all angles. How Do You Stand Up? Your body should be aligned
equally side-to-side and back-to-front. When your body is in balance, it
requires less effort to stay erect whereas unequal alignment results in more
wear and tear on your body. With better postural alignment, you will not only look
younger , you will move better too. Over time, poor posture causes muscle weakness or
tightness . Below are three examples of common faulty postures and their
associated muscle tightness and/or weakness. In Lordosis , the pelvis is tilted forward,
creating an excessive curve in the low back, caused by weak abdominals and tight
hip flexors , often a result of too much sitting. The Kyphosis posture, with the rounded back
and forward head and shoulders position, can also be caused by too much time
spent sitting, for example, hunched over a computer keyboard. In Sway Back posture, the pelvis is displaced

Emunah Healing is the Torah way to heal ourselves
and others by accessing Hashem’s healing light within us. In Hebrew the
word for creation – ברי××”, and for health – ברי×ות share
the same root – בר×. The state of our health depends on the extent to
which we allow Hashem to recreate us every moment. Therefore, the key to health
is removing exterior layers, the klipot which block Hashem’s life-giving
energy from flowing freely within all the parts of our psyche, emotions, and organs.
Emunah Healing is method that facilitates us to identify and remove these
klipot by unblocking negative energy and infusing each part of ourselves and the
people we treat with Hashem’s light through tefilah and energy work.
Not everyone is destined to treat others, yet everyone can learn to heal themselves and
their family. In addition, Emunah Healing promotes spiritual growth and closeness to Hashem. Â How do I know it is kosher? Many religious Jews who have had experience with
energy healing are concerned that these systems are not based on Torah, and
therefore, they may not be spiritually pure. Ilan and Sandy Feldman of
Ramat Beit Shemesh decided to purify alternative energy healing from its non-Jewish
elements and create a Torah/Emunah based system of energy healing,
