El HaLev is offering two Safety, Empowerment and Assertiveness Workshops for
50+ women



In this unique workshops we will work on:

�        Developing the ability to demonstrate a strong presence.

�        Awareness of one�s surroundings and psychology of
attacker-attacked.

�        How to project strength and deter harassment by setting clear
boundaries.

�        Verbal confrontation � what to say and how to say it.

�        And much more�
