שיעור חד פעמי עולה 45שח. או 200שח ל5 שיעורים (זה יוצא 40שח לשיעור, למי שבאה קבוע)
אני המדריכה. עשיתי את הקורס להיות מורה מוסמכת ליוגה לפני 8 שנים, ובנוסף אני חובשת ואחות מוסמכת ומאד מאד נהנית מהשילוב של היוגה והרפואה והמיינדפולנס/מדיטציה.

Jewish yoga for women
Up to 5 participants, intimate class and personal treatment.
A one-time lesson costs NIS 45. or 200 NIS for 5 lessons (this works out to 40 NIS per lesson, for those who come regularly)
I am the instructor. I did the course to become a certified yoga teacher 8 years ago, and in addition I am a certified medic and nurse and very much enjoy the combination of yoga and medicine and mindfulness/meditation.

I went to one class, and it was very good,
but I got sick with a cold so as I am recovering I'm doing
Yoga at home. This is for the women.
This video is for the men, but women can do it too!
