Stamp Collection – Looking for a trustworthy appraisal

Stamp Collection – Looking for a trustworthy appraisal; we have inherited a stamp collection with over twenty Minkus stamp albums plus thousands of un-categorized stamps and are looking for someone to  evaluate them so that they can be sold. Can anyone recommend somebody trustworthy?

Does anyone know of any decent loan associations with
 low interests for students studying in Israel (preferably a 
US loan that could be valid for Israeli schools).  Thank you!

I am looking for a female dermatologist who takes Maccabi, trained in the US, familiar with cosmetic dermatology and possibly alternative medicine, and hopefully is American born. Canadian and Australian also okay, possibly UK or SA.
