Although the Jerusalem Municipality has promised to open up a website to tell us about the weather situation, when I just went to http://snow.jerusalem.muni.il/ I got a 404 error.

I feel that this is very irresponsible and that if the City wants to let people know the situation then they should have it set up when they publicize it. Now I have to get up at 6 am in enough time to listen to the news!
