Basic Breads    Date: Wed 6/7 & Thu 7/7                 09:30-11:30
This class must be taken over two days.  On Wednesday, you will prepare the bread and let it rise overnight and on Thursday,
the bread will be baked and finished.

A Taste of Thai Date: Thu 7/7                           09:30-11:00

Intermediate Bread Fate: Wed 13/7 and Thu 14/7          09:30-11:30

Sharpening Your Knife Skills    Date: Thu 14/7          09:30-11:00


Baked Fish in Parchment Paper     Date: Thu 14/7        13:00-14:30

Filled Pasta    Date: Thu 28/7                          09:30-11:00

Grilled & Braised Vegetables    Date: Thu 28/7          13:00–14:30
 

•       One class is 150 NIS.  The two day Bread Workshops are 300 NIS. This price cannot be combined with other discounts or coupons.
•       All AACI and OU Center members receive a 10% discount.  This discount applies to single classes.  It cannot be combined with other discounts or coupons.
•       Please email (info@jcichef.com) or call Jerusalem Culinary Institute at (02 992 3128) to reserve a space.
•       Payment may be made by check, cash or credit card and must be paid in full at least four days before the class.
•       We are Kosher Mehadrin Agudath Israel under the supervision of Rabbi Binyomin Adler.
•       JCI reserves the right to cancel a class if there are less than 8 participants.  If JCI cancels a class, tuition will be refunded.
•       Students canceling a class less than fours days before a class may not receive a refund.
