We are seeking career minded, experienced and motivated individuals for
full-time positions in our branch in Har Hotzvim, Jerusalem.
1. Position Title: Operations Associate Start date, May 11th
We are seeking career minded, experienced and motivated individuals for
full-time positions in our Operations department.
Primary responsibilities includes (not limited to):
· Processing and activating new currency trading accounts
· Back office operations and processing transactions
(withdrawals,
transfers, deposits)
· Posting deposits (credit card, wires, online checks, bank
checks)
· Customer service and correspondence (phone, live person chat,
emails)
· Updating and entering client account information in the
system
· Translating documents and templates
Qualifications:
· MUST be eligible to work in Israel
· Computer Literate – Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office
(Word/Excel) and Internet. Adobe Acrobat a plus!!!
· Prior customer service or financial services experience
requested, but
not required
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Superior customer-service skills
· Detail-oriented with a high level of organizational skills
· Able to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced
business
environment
· Able to maintain confidentiality
· Determine priorities and follow up in a timely fashion
· English at mother tongue level.
· Special consideration for foreign languages including:
French, German,
Italian, Japanese, Russian, or Turkish.
Hours: 40 hours per week. Must be flexible to
work either Monday - Thursday:
8:00am - 4:30pm & Friday: 7:00am - 1:00pm OR Sunday
- Thursday: 8:00am - 4:00pm.
(Must be flexible and available to work any shift)
Salary: During the first three months you will
be paid a monthly global salary
of NIS 5,500. Afterwhich you will be paid a
monthly global salary of NIS 6,675
plus potential for quarterly bonuses and a yearly review.

2. Position Title: Treasury Associate (Funds Transfer Specialist)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Treasury Associates provide back office customer
service support to our client
population. Functions associated with these areas
include but are not limited
to:
* Print and review reports for previous
day to verify all outbound
wires
were processed
* Contact appropriate banking institutions
regarding problem wires
* Retrieve wire confirmations
* Process outgoing wires to specified
banks based on withdrawal request
forms
* Open investigations (and follow up)
on non-receipt or amend
instructions
on processed wires if necessary
* Create templates for beneficiaries
within our various banking systems
* Process daily settlements for electronic
check and credit card
deposits
* Work with our Accounting department
(Reconciliation team) to resolve
discrepancies
* Settle credit card and electronic check deposits
* Process refunds
* Generate account activity and summary reports
* Communicate with banks and appropriate authorities on the
non-receivable
of client funds
* Reconcile accounts and maintain
appropriate customers based on
source/remitter of funds.
* Use discretion to identify odd or
irregular activity on customer
accounts.
* Convert foreign currency
* Participate in special projects
* Use discretion with regards to customer
requests, and how, if at all,
they
should be processed.
* Use multiple resources to investigate
payments, verifications for
applications, customer requests
* Entering MT103 instruction
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
* Must be eligible to work in Israel
* Prior banking experience a must
* English at a at mother tongue level (written and verbal).
* Computer savvy - Must have knowledge
of Microsoft Office (word/excel)
and
Internet in
addition to working with banking and other 3rd party software.
* Excellent skills with being able to accept or reject payments
received
from Swift message system: MT103, MT300 and MT199
* Superior customer service skills
* Detail-oriented with a high level of organizational skills
* Able to multi-task and meet deadlines
in a fast-paced business
environment
* Self starter and able to work with minimal supervision
* Able to maintain confidentiality
* Determine priorities and follow up in a timely fashion
* Team player in a Team oriented environment
PREFERENCES:
* Verbal and/or written skills in foreign languages
* Supporting and processing Prime brokerage wire transfer request
* Processing Margin wire transfer between FXCM and international
clearing
banks
Location: Har Hotzvim, Jerusalem
Hours: 40 hours per week. Sunday - Thursday
8am-4pm or Monday-Thursday 8am -
4:30pm & Friday 7am - 1pm (Must be flexible
