Additions to Strivney: American Phonics, Family
A new set of interactive exercises, which teach and practise the names of the members of the family, has been added to the Strivney website. These exercises are part of Strivney's "Exercise Collection" which teaches English vocabulary on subjects such as the body, clothes, colours, food and more.
View an example exercise here:http://tiny.cc/vldor or access the full set of exercises here using your log in details: http://tiny.cc/djlw1
Strivney is a free website which offers over 1,000 interactive, animated exercises, games and presentations.
Stage A teaches beginners to read using phonics. An American version of Stage A has just been added to the International site (see below). Further stages continue to develop reading skills and vocabulary.
We hope your English learners enjoy the website.
Please feel free to use Strivney with your children at home or in the classroom and to send the link to anyone who you believe could benefit.
