SERVICES- WEIGHT LOSS WORKSHOPS

WEIGHT LOSS WORKSHOP- in Hebrew 
These are the details.

It is a 10 week course- once a week usually in the evenings

Each week- between an hour and an hour and one half

There is discreet weighing in

Then the dietician gives a lecture- each week on another relevant topic to

do with diet and nutrition and behavior modification

Then there is an open forum- which the dietician leads for tips, questions
etc

The cost is as follows
390 NIS for kupat cholim clalit members
If you are a clalit member and you have mushlam you pay only 312 NIS .



If you are not a clalit member- it costs you 20% more- 468 NIS



They take place in the Kupat Cholim Clalit Clinics around the city.
