Confidence during a Job Interview!

Confidence during a Job Interview is a matter of practice.
Just like an athlete, or an actor, going on a job interview is
a matter of feeling comfortable and confident.

How do you get confidence?
In my experience, I go over my resume, and think of what questions
that I might be asked by the interviewer. I also do my homework and
research the company.

When I was a new college graduate, I went to interview with JCPenney, a
very big department store with over 2000 branches all over the United States.

At that time, (this was before the Internet) I went to the college library,
and took out as many books as I could about James Cash Penney. When the time
came for the interview, I knew many stories about how he started his department
store chain, and how he parleyed a small general store into the big shopping
empire it is today.

The interviewer was impressed because he hired me to work in his store, even though,
I had a bad cold and couldn't talk clearly during the interview.
I worked at JCPenney for 5 years! I was confident about the company, because I
knew more than other candidates!

Before the interview I practiced with myself the common questions that most
interviewers ask. For a college grad, the questions are about grades,
and extracurricular activities. If you are already in the job market, the questions
will focus on your last job.

How to change the country on Google Play

You might not realize that Google Play has different apps available in different countries.  I was quite surprised when I found out that I couldn't download certian apps from the USA.

So to help you I found this video that will help you to change the country to whatever country you want!

I have a few comments, however, not all the VPN's are free, eventhough in the Play Store, they say free, but when you start to use it, they want lots of money.  So when he suggest to use the Melon VPN, it really is the best one.

Then, take notes while he is speaking so you don't have to watch the video more than once.

Good Luck!

A Will to Survive by John Phillips book review

I couldn't put this book down!

If you want to really know about Israel and why it is so important to remember the past, you have to read this book.

The first part of the book are the actual pictures that John Phillips took in 1948. He didn't edit or correct his first impressions, so when you read the second part of the book that picked up again in 1975, it is very interesting to see what the people who fought, and lived in the Old City of Jerusalem, did with their lives after the war.

It might be interesting to find out what their children and grandchildren feel about their parents' actions during the war.

Here is a song that I wrote and produced: Enjoy!
